Refund policy

You may return/exchange a product within 30 days of purchase less return shipping/handling charges. Purchases over 30 days please call 610 906 3015 - do not return product without prior authorization.

All returned items must be in original condition as received from us with all packaging and tags. Normally, footwear must be tried indoors first before using in playing conditions to ensure you have the right size and fitting.

CUSTOMER must use the shipping box when returning shoes and NOT use the shoe box as shipping box.

IMPORTANT:
Please note what is considered NOT in Original Condition:

Any footwear that has been worn outside of the house i.e., any grass stains or marking or grind on the bottom of the studs are not acceptable.

A jersey, shirt, or any wearable item that smells like cologne, detergent, any fragrance, or not so pleasant body odor.
Anything that is stained, even if you were able to remove the stain with a detergent or stain remover.

Product damaged during use (single/multiple) is not eligible for returns or refunds - customer must inspect product indoors properly before use & no warranties are applicable.

Any item that is washed in a washing machine.
Item that is received with a tag and is missing when returning.

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we (soccerzone.shop) may not process your return or exchange and cannot guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-exchangeable products back to you.

It usually takes 5-7 business days to process your return/exchange.

We process exchanges as two separate transactions. First we will bill for the new item upon receipt of your request for an exchange and when we receive and accept your returned item, we will credit your original form of payment for the returned item.

All refunds are made to the original form of payment.
